How much is my home worth?
The most accurate way to determine this is to have me complete a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA)for your home. This process entails the following:
I visit your home to gather information (measurements, details, quality, features, etc.)
I then research what comparable homes have sold for in your area. This will be the basis of the CMA.
I then analyze the current market conditions including what homes would be your competition!
We arrange to meet and review the data as well as discuss my unique 10 Step Marketing Plan.
There is no cost to you for this service. I only ask that you be honest with me about your intentions. If you are not serious about selling your home now but are just curious I will gladly do an analysis for you. Your honesty about your intentions helps me set priorities for my work schedule.
What I will not do.
I will not do an analysis without seeing your home. Some agencies and companies are offering "over the internet" price opinions. As you can tell from this site I believe the internet is a huge benefit to all of us in Real Estate. However, I do not believe an accurate value can be determined without seeing your home.
I will not give you a price opinion on my first visit off the top of my head. Some agents will do this and then pull out the listing agreement and ask you to sign on the dotted line. I believe a careful analysis is critical to insure that your home is not over priced or more importantly under priced.
You will get an honest Market Analysis from me. Not something tailored to tell you what you want to hear so that I can get your listing.
